VALBIOTIS SA: Monthly update on voting rights and share capital

VALBIOTIS SA, based in Périgny, has published its monthly update in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers. As of March 31, 2025, the total number of shares comprising the share capital amounts to 15,794,596. The total number of theoretical voting rights is 16,486,754, while the number of exercisable voting rights reaches 16,450,649, after deduction of treasury shares.

The company reiterates Article 10.5 of its articles of association regarding threshold crossings. Any holder of 5% or more of the capital must notify the company, failing which they will lose their voting rights for these shares if they fail to comply.
