VALBIOTIS SA: Status of voting rights and share capital
As of June 30, 2025, Valbiotis SA, listed on Euronext Growth Paris, announced an update on its voting rights and share capital. The company has a total of 23,698,234 shares, equivalent to 24,402,952 theoretical voting rights and 24,361,028 exercisable voting rights after taking into account treasury shares.
In accordance with Article 10.5 of the company's articles of association, any acquisition of predetermined thresholds (from 5%) must be declared, failing which the corresponding voting rights will be lost. This measure is part of the transparency obligations dictated by the French Commercial Code.
