Valeo announces the early repayment of its sustainable bonds
Valeo SE has decided to exercise its early redemption option for its €750 million indexed sustainable bonds. Originally due to mature on May 28, 2027, these bonds will now be redeemed on August 24, 2026, in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the Euro Medium Term Note program. The terms of the early redemption, including the amount and rate, will be determined by the underwriter and published around August 18, 2026.
The repayment will be made in euros by BNP Paribas Securities Services. Once repaid, the bonds will be cancelled, and a request for their delisting from Euronext will be submitted.
