Valeo: Declaration of voting rights for July 2026

Valeo has published its press release regarding the total number of voting rights and shares for July 2026. The issued capital amounts to €245,607,624, with a par value of €1 per share. Thus, 245,607,624 shares comprise the company's share capital.

The total number of theoretical voting rights is recorded at 276,898,514. This figure includes all shares, even those without voting rights. However, the number of exercisable voting rights is 272,826,796, excluding shares not subject to voting.

This declaration is in compliance with the legal obligations determined by Article L.233-8 II of the Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
