Bpifrance Crosses Threshold in the Capital of Valneva SE

On October 7, 2025, Valneva SE announced that Bpifrance Participations had reduced its stake in the company. On October 1, 2025, Bpifrance crossed the threshold of 5% of Valneva's capital downwards. Following a share sale on the market, Bpifrance holds 4.92% of the capital and 9% of the voting rights, or 8,459,764 shares representing 16,919,528 voting rights.

The Caisse des dépôts et consignations (CDC) did not cross any thresholds during this event. As of October 1, 2025, it will indirectly retain, through Bpifrance and CDC Croissance, 7.63% of the capital and 11.49% of the voting rights of Valneva. This distribution includes 13,118,576 shares and 21,578,340 voting rights.
