Valneva: Share and Voting Rights Statement - May 2025
Valneva, a company listed on the Euronext Paris Compartment B market, published on June 5, 2025 its declaration concerning the number of shares and voting rights as of May 31, 2025. The company, whose registered office is located in Saint-Herblain, has a total of 170,188,190 ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of €0.15.
The total number of voting rights, including those suspended, amounts to 186,313,236. Between May 10 and May 26, 2025, 236,308 ordinary shares were subject to the double voting rights rule. In addition, on May 27, 2025, a capital increase, without preferential subscription rights, resulted in the issuance of 2,916,666 new ordinary shares.
