Vantiva, a global leader in connectivity technologies, has published its total number of shares and voting rights as of May 23, 2025. In accordance with the provisions of Article R. 22-10-23-2° of the French Commercial Code, this press release precedes its Combined General Meeting scheduled for June 30, 2025.

Vantiva's share capital consists of 490,293,903 shares, corresponding to an equal number of theoretical and exercisable voting rights. These figures are calculated in accordance with Article 223-11 of the General Regulation of the Autorité des marchés financiers and include all shares with voting rights, even those without such rights.
