Vaudoise Assurances acquires Ecofin Investment Consulting SA

Vaudoise Assurances announces the acquisition of Zurich-based Ecofin Investment Consulting SA, strengthening its leading position in pension fund consulting in Switzerland. This transaction is part of a series of expansion strategies that included the previous acquisitions of Pittet Associés SA and Prevanto SA. Founded in 1996, Ecofin is recognized for its investment consulting expertise, serving many major private investors and pension funds.

This integration will allow Vaudoise to benefit from the Ecofin Group's expertise in digitalization and artificial intelligence, thus expanding its service offering. Dr. Alexandra Janssen, a member of the acquired company's Board of Directors, will join the Prevanto SA Board to ensure a smooth transition. Ecofin's current teams will continue to operate, guaranteeing high-level advice to clients.
