On August 5, 2025, Vente-unique.com, a company specializing in online furniture sales, published a press release regarding its transactions concerning the repurchase of its own shares. These transactions were carried out in accordance with Article 5 of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
The transaction details are as follows: On July 29, 2025, two transactions were carried out with a total volume of 25 and 20,407 shares respectively, at average prices of 16 and 16.1 euros. Trading continued on the following days with a volume of 41, 43 and 44 shares at prices of 16 and 15.85 euros on the ALXP market.
The company also announces its next financial meeting for November 13, 2025, the date of publication of the 2024-2025 annual turnover.
