Vega Investment Solutions Reduces its Stake in Veolia

On July 10, 2025, a press release from Vega Investment Solutions revealed a decrease in its stake in Veolia Environnement. As of June 1, 2025, the company crossed the 5% threshold for Veolia's capital and voting rights. Vega Investment Solutions, acting on behalf of the Sequoia Plus FCPE it manages, held 4.90% of the capital, equivalent to 36,292,542 Veolia shares and voting rights.

This decrease is the result of a share sale on the market. To date, Vega Investment Solutions holds 4.34% of the capital, or 32,137,913 shares and voting rights. These shares are managed independently of its controller, Groupe BPCE, in accordance with current regulatory requirements.
