Veolia Environnement: Status of voting rights and shares as of January 31, 2026

On January 31, 2026, Veolia Environnement determined the total number of shares comprising its share capital to be 741,723,437. This figure also represents the number of theoretical voting rights. The number of exercisable voting rights, however, amounts to 731,469,293. This difference is explained by the presence of 10,254,144 treasury shares, which are deprived of voting rights.

The company, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 403 210 032 and having its registered office at 21 rue La Boétie in Paris, has a clause in its articles of association imposing an obligation to declare any additional threshold crossings. This clause is stipulated in Article 8 of its articles of association, in addition to the statutory shareholding threshold requirements.
