Veolia Environnement: Update on the number of voting rights and shares

Veolia Environnement published, on June 5, 2025, information relating to its share capital, in accordance with Article L. 233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations. As of May 31, 2025, the company had a total of 740,652,608 shares making up its capital. At the same time, it had 740,652,608 theoretical voting rights. The number of exercisable voting rights is 730,304,023, after deduction of 10,348,585 treasury shares.

Veolia specifies that its articles of association impose an obligation to report additional threshold crossings, in addition to the legal thresholds. This update strengthens transparency regarding its capital structure and contributes to rigorous financial reporting.
