Veolia's prospectus for its EMTN program is updated
On May 12, 2025, Veolia Environnement announced the approval by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) of the first supplement to the base prospectus of its Euro Medium Term Notes (EMTN) program. This debt instrument program amounts to €20 billion.
The initial prospectus, approved on March 28, 2025, and its supplement are now available online. Investors can consult them on the Veolia website and the AMF website.
