Alan Allman Associates unveils its "Horizon 2036" strategic plan
Alan Allman Associates, a global ecosystem of strategy and digital transformation consulting, announces the abandonment of its RISE 2030 plan in favor of the new "Horizon 2036" plan. This initiative aims to establish the company as a global leader in technology consulting by adapting its strategy to market developments.
The plan, approved by the Board of Directors, sets ambitious targets: €1 billion in revenue and €140 million in ROA by 2036. An intermediate step provides for €500 million in revenue and €60 million in ROA within five years, based on organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
Horizon 2036 is based on four major pillars: organic growth, acquisitions, operational excellence, and AI development. An Artificial Intelligence Hub has been created in Vietnam to strengthen the group's innovation and competitiveness.
