VIB Vermögen AG Boosts Commercial Real Estate Development

VIB Vermögen AG has announced significant advancements in its property projects in southern Germany, specifically in Erding and Ingolstadt. These developments are central to the company's existing project pipeline valued at approximately EUR 200 million, expected to yield net rental income exceeding EUR 12 million by the end of 2026, translating to a 6% ROI.

The GreenBiz Park in Erding has already leased 70% of its total 79,000 sqm, strategically positioned near Munich Airport and Bavarian capital. This development includes a mixture of office, laboratory, and industrial spaces, complemented by a multi-storey car park catering to electromobility.

In Ingolstadt, the Bunsenstrasse logistics site has secured a tenant, with the facility's 16,000 sqm nearing completion. These projects highlight VIB Vermögen AG's active role in boosting the region's economic landscape.
