VIB Vermögen AG Sells Two Logistics Centres in Southern Germany
VIB Vermögen AG, a company focused on the development, acquisition, and management of commercial real estate, has announced the sale of two logistics centres in southern Germany. The logistics site in Ingolstadt, Bunsenstraße, was sold to Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH, while the Kösching site at Zeppelinstraße was acquired by the MiDEAL Group. These transactions were finalized by the end of September, though the purchase prices remain undisclosed.
The Ingolstadt centre, completed in 2025 and fully rented to a global logistics provider, spans approximately 16,000 sqm. The Kösching centre, built in 2020, offers 15,200 sqm of space and is leased to automotive industry companies. Dirk Oehme, VIB's Executive Board Spokesman, stated that these sales allow VIB to realize value and enhance its regional diversification.
