Supreme Critical Metals Inc. Grants Stock Options and Amends Silver Vista Agreement
Supreme Critical Metals Inc., a diversified investment corporation, has issued 2,675,000 stock options under its incentive stock option plan. These options, available to management, employees, and consultants, allow the holder to acquire one common share at $0.22 for three years.
The company has also reached an agreement with optionor Robert Weicker, pending CSE approval. Supreme will issue 500,000 shares at $0.17 each and grant a 0.6% net smelter return royalty, replacing a prior obligation to invest $100,000 in the property by the end of 2025. Other agreement terms remain unchanged.
