Villeroy & Boch AG Restructures Executive Board
Villeroy & Boch AG has announced a significant reorganization of its management team. Gabi Schupp, Chair of the Executive Board, will depart the company on 31 May 2026 for personal reasons. The Supervisory Board has decided to reshuffle the Executive Board, which will now have four members.
Georg Lörz will take charge of the Bath & Wellness division and act as Spokesperson for the Executive Board. Dr. Peter Domma is set to lead the Dining & Lifestyle division, alongside overseeing Digitalisation and IT. Dr. Markus Warncke will retain his position managing Finance. Esther Jehle will assume responsibility for Human Resources & Organisational Development, managing operations in the Bath & Wellness sector.
