Thierry Mirville appointed Chief Financial Officer of VINCI

VINCI announces the appointment of Thierry Mirville as Chief Financial Officer, effective June 1, 2026. He will replace Christian Labeyrie, who is retiring at the end of the year. A graduate of ESSEC Business School and Sciences Po Paris, Thierry Mirville joined GTIE in 1991, which later became VINCI Energies. He rose through the ranks to become Chief Financial Officer of VINCI Energies Deutschland in 2003, and then of VINCI Energies in 2006.

In 2018, he joined VINCI SA, overseeing Treasury, Financing, and Taxation. In 2021, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the VINCI Construction division. Since October 2025, he had been Deputy Chief Financial Officer and a member of VINCI's Executive Committee.
