Thierry Mirville Appointed Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer of VINCI

As of 1 June 2026, Thierry Mirville has been appointed Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer of VINCI. He follows Christian Labeyrie, who is set to retire at the end of this year. Mirville, a graduate of ESSEC Business School and the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, commenced his career in 1991 at GTIE, a subsidiary of Compagnie Générale de Eaux, which later became VINCI Energies in 2002.

Mirville's career at VINCI has been marked by significant roles. He became Chief Financial Officer of VINCI Energies Deutschland in 2003 and later of VINCI Energies in 2006. In 2018, he transitioned to VINCI SA, overseeing Treasury, Financing, and Tax departments. By 2021, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the new VINCI Construction division. Since 1 October 2025, he has served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer and a member of VINCI's Executive Committee.
