VINCI Announces Share Buyback Transactions
On September 1st, 2025, VINCI SA disclosed its share buyback transactions conducted from August 25th to August 29th, 2025. These buybacks occur under the authorization from the General Meeting held on April 17th, 2025. The transactions adhere to the regulations set forth for share buybacks.
Throughout the stated period, VINCI SA executed a total purchase of 548,000 treasury shares. These transactions were conducted across multiple markets including XPAR, CEUX, TQEX, and AQEU. The daily weighted average price of purchased shares was recorded at €117.4324.
