VINCI Completes Acquisition of Fletcher Construction in New Zealand

VINCI Construction has finalized its acquisition of Fletcher Construction, boosting its presence in New Zealand's infrastructure sector. With an annual revenue of approximately €630 million and a workforce of 2,300 employees, Fletcher Construction adds significant capacity to VINCI's operations.

Founded in 1909 and previously a part of the Fletcher Building group, Fletcher Construction specializes in hydraulic, maritime, port, airport, railway, and road works, with growing activities in renewable energy. The acquisition aligns with VINCI's strategy to expand its infrastructure services in New Zealand.

Alongside its local subsidiaries HEB Construction, SOL, and Wharehine, VINCI enhances its network, establishing itself as a key player in the country's robust infrastructure market. Combined, VINCI's New Zealand operations generated over €830 million in 2025.
