VINCI issues new shares for its employees in France
VINCI has announced the issuance of new shares reserved for Group employees in France as part of its employee savings plan. This decision, made by the Board of Directors on October 15, 2025, is based on a delegation of authority from the shareholders' general meeting of April 17, 2025. Employees will be able to subscribe to these shares through the FCPE "Castor Relais 2026/1" between January 1 and April 30, 2026.
The issue price is set at €111.27, representing 95% of VINCI's average share price over the previous 20 trading sessions. The total number of shares issued will be determined by the subscriptions received. These new shares, which will be listed on Euronext Paris, will be available from January 2026 without restriction.
