VINCI: Transactions in own shares between December 22 and 24, 2025
On December 30, 2025, VINCI published a press release on its own share transactions carried out between December 22 and 24, 2025. These buybacks follow the authorization granted by the General Meeting of April 17, 2025. VINCI bought back a total of 57,209 shares over three days, spread across the XPAR, CEUX and TQEX markets.
The transactions were executed at different weighted average prices depending on the day and the market, ranging from €119.3175 to €119.9132. The average price of all transactions was €119.5819 per share. Detailed purchase information is available on the VINCI website.
