VINCI: Transactions in own shares from May 11 to 15, 2026
VINCI SA has issued a press release regarding the purchase of its own shares carried out between May 11 and 15, 2026. These transactions are in accordance with the authorization granted at the Annual General Meeting of April 14, 2026. The total number of shares repurchased is 433,289, with a weighted average price of €127.1324. The transactions took place on several platforms: AQEU, CEUX, TQEX, and XPAR.
During this period, the highest trading activity was observed on May 12, with a volume of 79,356 shares and an average price of approximately €128.1. May 13 saw the lowest average purchase price, at €126.052642 on the CEUX market.
