Vinpai terminates its liquidity contract with INVEST SECURITIES
On December 5, 2025, Vinpai, a specialist in functional ingredients for the food and cosmetics industries, announced the termination of its liquidity contract with INVEST SECURITIES. This decision took effect on November 30, 2025.
At the last half-yearly report dated June 30, 2025, the cash account held 28,141 shares and €13,410.72. At the close of trading, 26,736 shares and €18,590.30 were returned. This transaction reflects a reduction in the number of shares but an increase in cash.
Vinpai continues its expansion in international markets, generating over 70% of its revenue from exports. In 2024, the company achieved a turnover of €9.2 million with its 43 employees spread across two sites in France.
