JP Morgan Chase exceeds 5% of VIRIDIEN's capital
On February 9, 2026, JP Morgan Chase & Co. crossed the 5% threshold of both the share capital and voting rights of VIRIDIEN, reaching 5.08% of the share capital and 5.07% of the voting rights. This acquisition resulted from share purchases on the market. The company now holds 365,258 VIRIDIEN shares. A portion of these shares, distributed among various entities within the group, includes 360,848 shares held by JP Morgan Securities plc and stems from specific shareholding agreements. These transactions allow JP Morgan to strengthen its strategic position in the company listed on Euronext Paris.
