Viridien, a French société anonyme based in Massy, has disclosed information regarding its total number of voting rights and issued shares. As of August 31, 2025, the company has issued 7,180,449 shares. The actual number of voting rights is documented as 7,213,468, while the theoretical voting rights total 7,213,717.
