Viridien Specifies the Total Number of Voting Rights and Shares

Viridien has published its information regarding the total number of voting rights and shares, in accordance with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). As of June 30, 2026, Viridien's share capital consisted of 7,219,747 shares.

These shares generate a total of 7,255,969 exercisable voting rights. In terms of theoretical voting rights, this amounts to 7,256,218. Treasury shares do not carry voting rights, while registered shares held for at least two years carry double voting rights, according to Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation.
