Viridien: Update of capital and voting rights

Viridien, based in Massy, recently published information regarding its capital structure as of January 31, 2025. The share capital amounts to 7,161,465 euros, represented by an equivalent number of shares. The exercisable voting rights, calculated by excluding treasury shares and taking into account double voting rights for certain registered shares, amount to 7,186,734.

The total number of theoretical voting rights reaches 7,186,983. This calculation includes all shares, even those deprived of voting rights. The procedures follow the requirements of Articles L.233-8 of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations to ensure transparency.
