Viromed Medical AG Advances Acquisition of relyon plasma GmbH

Viromed Medical AG has successfully completed the due diligence process for its planned acquisition of relyon plasma GmbH. A non-binding understanding on key acquisition terms has been reached with TDK Electronics AG, pending approval from TDK’s corporate bodies. Negotiations for the final purchase agreement are set for completion in the coming weeks. This marks a significant step, following a letter of intent signed on March 3, 2026.
