Vision Marine Technologies Completes $5.9 Million Private Placement

Vision Marine Technologies Inc., a leader in electric marine propulsion, announced the successful closing of its private placement offering, raising approximately $5.9 million. The offering included the sale of units comprised of common shares and warrants, priced at $1.25 per unit. A total of 4,706,400 common shares and warrants to purchase 2,353,200 shares were issued.

The proceeds from this placement will be allocated for working capital and general corporate purposes. ThinkEquity acted as the exclusive placement agent. The securities have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933 and are subject to certain restrictions.
