JP Morgan exceeds and falls below Vivendi thresholds

JP Morgan Chase & Co. announced that it had crossed the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Vivendi SE, with a 5.30% stake in the capital and 5.14% of the voting rights as of November 29, 2024. This increase is the result of an acquisition of shares on the market. On December 2, 2024, however, JP Morgan also reported that it had fallen back below 5% of the voting rights, maintaining a 5.08% stake in the capital and 4.93% of the voting rights. This fall below the thresholds follows a sale of shares outside the market. These transactions are carried out through the entities it controls, including JP Morgan Securities LLC and JP Morgan Securities plc.
