Société Générale exceeds 5% in VIVENDI SE

Société Générale officially announced that it has crossed the thresholds of 5% of VIVENDI SE's capital and voting rights. As of May 7, 2025, the bank now holds 53,457,809 shares, representing 5.19% of the capital and 5.04% of the voting rights.

This breach resulted from an off-market acquisition, rendering the trading exemption inapplicable. The bank holds various positions, including 9,703,131 forward shares with prices between €8.37 and €16.55, and also holds 283,100 put options at €10.00 each.

Other positions include call options on 37,429 shares at prices ranging from €3.95 to €8.52, and CFDs on 18,023 shares with no expiry. This diversification reflects Société Générale's complex financial strategy with regard to VIVENDI SE.
