HERIGE: 2025 Results and Future Strategies

HERIGE, a specialist in the building sector, has published its annual results for 2025. Revenue totaled €379.4 million, down 5.9% compared to 2024. This decrease reflects a significant contraction in a market facing challenges. Despite this, the gross margin remained stable at 51.1%, supported by internal optimizations.

EBITDA fell to €14.9 million, while net income showed a loss of €7.7 million. However, HERIGE maintained a robust financial structure, with net debt of €29.4 million, confirming its stability. No dividend will be distributed, in order to bolster future investments.

For 2026, HERIGE anticipates a gradual market recovery, despite geopolitical uncertainties. The Group is continuing its innovations, notably with a factory project to expand its product range. Visibility remains limited, but HERIGE is maintaining its modernization trajectory.
