VM MATERIAUX: Voting rights as of August 31, 2025

VM MATERIAUX has published monthly information on voting rights as of August 31, 2025, in accordance with Article L233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. The number of shares comprising the capital amounts to 2,993,643. Theoretical voting rights total 5,041,747, while exercisable voting rights are 4,899,491. Theoretical voting rights include treasury shares and take into account registered shares for more than two years which benefit from double voting rights.
