Status of VOGO voting rights and shares as of February 28, 2025
VOGO has published its share capital figures as of February 28, 2025. It consists of 6,127,011 shares. Theoretical voting rights total 8,338,943. This figure includes treasury shares held in various forms.
VOGO holds 34,500 treasury shares in bearer form. An additional 7,945 shares are listed under a different category. Consequently, the total number of exercisable voting rights is 8,296,498, after deduction of these treasury shares.
It should also be noted that the number of registered registered current accounts is 122. These figures illustrate the current structure of VOGO's capital and voting rights, in accordance with current regulations.
