Voltabox Finalizes Transformation and Foresees Revenue Growth by 2025
Voltabox AG has completed a strategic transformation with the acquisition of EKM Elektronik GmbH. This move, alongside the divestment of non-core units like VoltaMobil and stakes in ForkOn, positions Voltabox for future growth. The company forecasts revenues between €15 million and €20 million for 2025, expecting to break even.
The acquisition of EKM strengthens Voltabox’s capabilities in electronic solutions across various sectors. Concurrently, the sale of VoltaMobil and restructuring of VoltaStore are expected to halt losses from the photovoltaic business.
CFO Florian Seitz stated that these changes mark the company's turnaround. By aligning processes and focusing on M&A strategies, Voltabox aims for sustainable growth. This strategic realignment is crucial for Voltabox to pivot towards profitable ventures.
