Voltabox's Strategic Shift Shows Promising Growth in First Half of 2025

Voltabox AG, soon to be Voltatron AG, has released its half-year financial report showcasing significant progress in revenue and earnings. With a reorganization in place, and the strategic acquisition of GMS Electronic Vertriebs GmbH, Voltabox is positioned for further growth.

In the first half of 2025, the company reported €9.2 million in revenue from continuing operations and a positive EBITDA of €0.5 million, a substantial improvement compared to earlier in the year. Overall group revenue reached €10.9 million, representing a 186.6% growth from the previous year.

The acquisition of GMS is expected to further enhance earnings in the latter half of the year. This acquisition not only extends Voltabox's value chain but also expands market access in several technology sectors. The company has also made strides towards financial optimization, repaying loans and investing in production capacity.

Looking ahead, Voltabox projects 2025 revenues between €23 million and €26 million, with an EBITDA of up to €1.5 million, reflecting their effective growth strategies.
