Voltatron AG Acquires Kurz Elektronik GmbH

Voltatron AG has announced the acquisition of Kurz Elektronik GmbH. The purchase involves cash and issuance of new shares through a capital increase in kind. Kurz Elektronik, specializing in electronic manufacturing for industrial applications, enhances Voltatron's resources with expanded manufacturing capabilities and technologies.

The acquisition is set to increase Voltatron's revenue guidance for 2026 to between €54 million and €57 million, up from the previous estimate of €47 million to €51 million. Despite the higher revenue projection, the expected EBT margin is adjusted to between -4% and -3% due to integration expenses and investments.

This acquisition, effective from September 1, 2026, includes Kurz Elektronik's facilities in Germany and Lithuania, contributing to Voltatron's growth strategy in engineering and production capacities.
