Vox Royalty Acquires Kanmantoo Copper-Gold Royalty

Vox Royalty Corp. announced its acquisition of the Kanmantoo copper-gold royalty in South Australia for $11.7 million. The Kanmantoo mine, operated by Hillgrove Resources, is located near Adelaide and promises significant gains. The transaction is financed via Vox's credit facility with the Bank of Montreal.

The Kanmantoo mine, previously an open-pit operation, transitioned to underground mining in 2023. Hillgrove has announced an ambitious 60,000-meter drilling program for 2025 to potentially extend the mine's life. Vox expects annual royalty revenue of over $3 million based on current forecasts. The acquisition aligns with Vox's strategy to focus on high-return assets, particularly in mining-friendly jurisdictions like Australia.
