Vox Royalty Corp. Announces Results of Annual and Special Meeting
Vox Royalty Corp. has announced the election results from its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders, held on May 27, 2026. All five nominees for director positions were elected. Kyle Floyd received 84.702% of votes in favor, while Rob Sckalor and Alastair McIntyre secured 78.410% and 78.710%, respectively. Joseph Gallucci was supported by 96.089% of votes, and Luis Azevedo obtained 81.030% approval.
Additionally, shareholders approved PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the auditor for the upcoming year and adopted the 2026 Omnibus Long-Term Incentive Plan.
