Vox Royalty Corp. Highlights Gold Offtake-Stream at Los Filos Mine

Vox Royalty Corp. has announced an update on its gold offtake-stream at the Los Filos gold mine in Mexico, after Equinox Gold Corp. secured 20-year land access agreements with local communities. This development paves the way for Equinox to restart heap leach operations and explore expansion opportunities at Los Filos. Vox holds rights to 50% of the mine's gold production, capped at 1,100,000 ounces, with approximately 588,000 ounces remaining. This deal was part of Vox's acquisition of the Global Gold Portfolio.

Equinox's agreement covers the communities of Carrizalillo, Mezcala, and Xochipala. Los Filos contains significant mineral reserves, with studies assessing long-term development options, including new processing facilities and project economics. Activities for restarting the mine include environmental remediation and workforce rehiring.

Vox's CEO highlighted the land agreements as a de-risking milestone, potentially leading to annual deliveries of up to ~140,000 ounces under Vox's stream, contingent on Equinox's production targets and decisions.
