Voyageurs du Monde: Proposed Public Tender Offer

Avantage, the majority shareholder of Voyageurs du Monde, has announced a proposed public tender offer to acquire the remaining shares and convertible bonds it does not already own. The proposed price is €180 per share, including a 23.7% premium. For the convertible bonds, the price is €182.52, with a 40.4% premium. This initiative could lead to a mandatory delisting if certain conditions are met. An offer committee has been established to oversee the transaction, and the law firm Crowe HAF has been appointed as the independent expert. The offer is scheduled to be filed with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) in September 2026.
