Voyageurs du Monde announced a slight increase in revenue, reaching €323.4 million in the first half of 2026, a 1.9% rise compared to 2025. The adventure travel and cycling segments supported this growth. However, the tense geopolitical situation in the Middle East impacted the group's business, leading to cancellations and itinerary changes.

From a financial perspective, EBITDA decreased by 2.7% and net income attributable to the Group fell by 20%, primarily due to increased expenses. Gross margin improved slightly to 32.7% of revenue.

Voyageurs du Monde plans to expand its presence in Europe with developments in Germany and Italy. A tender offer, partially motivated by shareholders controlling 90.48% of the capital, is underway, with a price of €180 per share.
