Voyageurs du Monde transfers its liquidity contract to TP ICAP

Voyageurs du Monde announces the transfer of its liquidity contract to TP ICAP (Europe) effective April 1, 2026. This one-year renewable contract will be dedicated to facilitating the trading of its shares on Euronext Growth Paris, promoting liquidity and consistent pricing. This decision is in accordance with AMF regulation no. 2021-01.

As of March 31, 2026, Voyageurs du Monde is making 1,700 shares and €108,891.44 available to TP ICAP. At the time of the previous half-year report, 1,909 shares and €75,276.43 were available in the liquidity account. Initially, 7,900 shares and €200,000 had been allocated.

The contract may be suspended in certain regulated cases or terminated by the Company without notice. ALVDM shares remain traded on Euronext Growth and are eligible for the French SME equity savings plan (PEA PME).
