R&S Group's Positive Outlook Amid Challenges in H1 2026
R&S Group Holding AG reported its trading update for the first half of 2026, revealing a mixed performance. The company saw an order intake of CHF 216.8 million and net sales of CHF 179.2 million, resulting in a book-to-bill ratio of 1.2. Despite a 10% decline in adjusted order intake, the order backlog grew by 17% to CHF 357.9 million, indicating robust demand.

R&S Group anticipates FY2026 net sales of around CHF 410–420 million, supported by a strong order backlog. CEO Eduardo Terzi expressed confidence in the company's long-term growth potential, despite current challenges in the utility distribution transformer sector.
