Vulcan Energy Appoints Non-Executive Director from HOCHTIEF

Vulcan Energy Resources Limited has announced the appointment of Roberto Gallardo to its Board as a Non-Executive Director. Gallardo, who serves as Chief Strategy Officer at HOCHTIEF and CIMIC Group President, joins Vulcan's board following HOCHTIEF's substantial investment. This investment included a €39m injection into the Lionheart Project and a €130m purchase of Vulcan shares, making HOCHTIEF a 15.41% stakeholder.

Vulcan selected HOCHTIEF as its engineering and construction management contractor for the Lionheart Project. Gallardo's extensive experience in infrastructure and project construction is considered a valuable asset as Vulcan progresses with the project. Vulcan Energy Chair, Dr. Francis Wedin, expressed optimism about Gallardo's future contributions.
