VVV Sports Limited has announced a proposed placement to raise £5 million to support US expansion plans, including a dual listing on NASDAQ and the continued development of padel and pickleball infrastructures. This expansion includes acquiring TOPSERIES Pickleball, aiming to dominate the sport across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

The funds will also establish VVV USA in Miami and support strategic initiatives like a US Padel Centre of Excellence in New York and a Padel centre in Abu Dhabi. The company's ambition seeks to harness the booming popularity of padel, particularly in the US, in response to growing player numbers and court demands.
