Wacaco Unveils Prestina: A New Manual Coffee Brewer

Wacaco Company Limited, based in Hong Kong, has announced the launch of Prestina, a new patented manual coffee brewer. This innovation aims to simplify the coffee brewing process by using the cup itself as part of the brewing mechanism, eliminating the need for electricity or paper filters.

Prestina provides a straightforward ritual: add coffee, water, stir, infuse, and press with the cup. This method results in a rich, full-bodied coffee with a cleaner finish. The brewer's compact and hand-powered design aligns with Wacaco’s mission to offer portable, quality coffee making.

The kit includes six components and is available in three colors: Sage Green, Clay Pink, and Coal Black. Priced at USD $29.90, it is accessible online and through various retailers. Prestina will be featured at the World of Coffee event in Brussels later this month.
